Felt safe and secure during my solo stay, no reason to complain.

The King Room offered little comfort during my stay. I was hoping for a better experience, but the overall atmosphere felt damp and uninviting.

The staff member in the office was approachable at times.

The room was filthy and uncomfortable. The housekeeper did not change the sheets and simply pulled the bedspread over the bed. I encountered roaches, and the area was very loud, making my stay quite unpleasant.

The cleanliness of the room could be drastically improved!!! The noise level from other guests makes it hard to relax, and the overall atmosphere felt uninviting.

Roaches Ruined the Relaxation

The staff at the front desk were quite friendly and willing to assist with any inquiries I had during my stay.

Unfortunately, the King Room was in a bad condition. It was not cleaned properly, and I encountered several roaches, making my stay uncomfortable.

The shower water had a perfect temperature, which felt great after a long day. The room seemed clean at first glance, but that quickly changed. I noticed long black hair on the pillows right when I arrived, which made me question the overall bedding cleanliness. Additionally, the blankets had burn holes in them, which was concerning in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The mattress was extremely firm and the pillows were disappointingly flat. Our stay was interrupted by noise from the guests outside, and I could smell what seemed like weed in the air, especially on the first night. To top it all off, I found the staff a bit unhelpful when I called about the issues. It's a shame, as the price is attractive, but the type of guests it draws may lead to a lot of disturbances. I wouldn't want to come back here again, especially after being charged multiple times and dealing with rude customer service.
